Allen was responsible for driving several new marketing initiatives for the point of care cell processing business at Terumo BCT. These initiatives accelerated lead generation and increased the level of support, trust and collaboration between marketing and sales. What stands out most about Allen is his tenacity for problem solving and ability to work across all levels of a matrix organization, synthesizing the needs of different individuals to shape larger strategic initiatives while also coming up with creative marketing hacks along the way to simply get things done quickly when we needed it. Allen was a valuable member of the team and I always enjoyed working with him.
