Pão de Queijo – Brazilian Cheese Bread (not quite authentic)
Ingredients:1 large egg1 cup 2% milk1/2 cup vegetable oil6oz Mozzarella cheese1/4 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1 1/2 cup Bob’s Red Mill Tapioca flour Directions:1. Preheat oven to 385 degrees2.
